Born in 1890 in Bristol.
His parents were William John Williams(1855-1911) and
Julia Gillis(born in 1865). They were married in 1885.
Frank had 2 brothers; William John (born in 1887) and George Edward(born in 1892).
He also had a sister; Rosina Winifred(born in 1899).
In the 1901(Welsh)census, the family were recorded as living at 26 Clive Road,Barry ,Wales. William was employed as a dock labourer.
In the 191(Welsh)census,the family were now recorded as living at 16 Upton Street,Mount Pleasant, Porth ,Glamorgan, South Wales. William was now employed as insurance agent for Britannic Insurance. Frank was working as a collier underground.
In the middle part of 1911,William died and later the same year Julia remarried to
Frederick John Warbutton(born in 1882).
Frank enlisted in Exeter and was killed in action on 01/07/1916.
