Born in BallyMacarrett County Down in 1897.
His parents were Samuel Spence(1858-02/09/1917) and Anna.
I have not been able to find enough evidence to identify the family
in the census records.
He enlisted in Belfast and was killed in action on 07/06/1917.
At the time of his death,the family were living at 203 Albertbridge Road, Belfast.
