Born in Shankill,County Antrim ,Northern Ireland in 1894.
His parents were Thomas Brown and Hannah(no clear evidence was available to prove the mothers maiden name).
He enlisted in Belfast and his disembarkation into France was
on 04/10/1915.
He was killed in action on 07/06/1917.
In his will dated 09/12/1916,he left all his property and effects to his Grandmother Mrs Eliza Craig. He gave his address on the will as
5a Hill View Street off Old Park Road,Belfast.
