In 1908 he married his wife Catherine(born in 1887) and they had 2 sons, James(born in 1909) and
John(born in 1910).
In the Irish census recorded on 02-04-1911,they are recorded as living at 29 Upper Dorset Street Dublin.
John was employed as a labourer.
He enlisted in Dublin and was killed in action on 07-06-1917.
In his will dated 06-05-1917,he left all his property and effects to his wife Kate.
